Quality ControlQuality control is an absolute must. Using specialized equipment, we perform draw-tests on those parts that need strength, and bend-tests on those parts that need hinge functions after low temperature storage. We ship the products that pass those tests. Solvent durabilityWe use polypropylene as our raw materials so that color of hangers does not affect garments even in cases where garments are not fully dried from the dry cleaning process or where solvent is used to wash clothes. In every lot, raw materials are soaked in a petroleum-solvent to check for clarity by color-comparison meter. Only after solvent durability is confirmed, raw materials are put into production. We also use recycled raw materials for a certain types of products which lessens our environmental burden. The raw materials in our products are selected to play to their strengths within our designs. |

Efficiency
In 24 hours we can produce about 700,000 pieces of product (or 20 tons of raw materials). We have original devices which are specified to our factory such as metal molds, product-takers, devices to pack commodities, and conveyer palletizing. Thus we promote automation and labor saving.
Also, we have built systems to maintain and re-arrange mold bases and devices on our own, and are pursuing high-efficient and flexible product-manufacturing.
